ShowDiary (“the app”) is an independent project operated by Malsbury Media LLC. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. We’ve kept them practical.
1. Your account
You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your password reasonably safe. Provide accurate signup info. One person, one account, please.
2. Acceptable use
Use ShowDiary to log your own concert memories. Don’t use it to break the law, harass others, upload someone else’s private information, attempt to disrupt or overload the service, or scrape or abuse it. We may suspend accounts that do.
3. Your content
The concert entries, notes, and other content you add are yours — you keep ownership. By using ShowDiary, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content to you so the app can function, and to display aggregate, non-identifying stats on your public profile only if you turn that profile on. You’re responsible for the content you add.
4. Setlist.fm data
Setlist information found through search comes from Setlist.fm and remains subject to their terms; we provide it as a convenience and don’t guarantee its accuracy.
5. Availability
ShowDiary is a small, free, independent project provided “as is.” We may change, pause, or discontinue features, and we don’t guarantee uptime or that data will never be lost. Please keep your own copy of memories that matter to you.
6. No warranties
The app is provided without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Malsbury Media LLC won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or lost profits, arising from your use of the app. Where liability can’t be excluded, it’s limited to the amount you paid us — which for a free app is $0.
8. Termination
You can stop using ShowDiary and request deletion at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or harm the service.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above will change, and continued use means you accept the update.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
